The patio is formed by us do it our-selfers
 (with help from friends)
using wood paneling strips and sledge hammering in
about 146 two foot long wooden stakes
Note Linda's not one for straight lines in her
 patio designs !

Is this a concrete pad or what ?
birch birch
We covered the pad in plastic to hold in the
moisture and prolong the set  - kind of like life
Linda also discovers concrete as a media and
 creates must have  "Rhubarb Leaf"
concrete stepping stones for your garden
yes they are for sale in different sizes - shipping
them however will be a tough go
Next Phase - Arrange the blue and flag stones
on top of the concrete pad with small rocks
and other mozaic goodies between them, then
bring on the morter and set the stones in place.
We estimated one hundred 80 lb bags of
quickcrete morter mix and ten bags 80 lb bags
of morter would be required. Guess who gets to
lift, shovel and mix all that ?

Setting the stones (one at time) begins. Linda's new name is Pati O and  Scott is now known as Mort R.

Next phase was to grout around the stones with more morter and allow Linda to add in her
artistic touch with small colored rocks and such between the stones. After mixing 99 (yes 99) bags of 80 pound morter mix with 10 bags of 70 pound light morter and 15 gals of K-88 bonding agent, this is what we got.
